The Shiites And Al-Aqsa Mosque

Perhaps some people will disapprove that we write about the position that Aqsa Mosque occupies in the hearts of the Muslims and in the Sharee’ah of Islam.  For, the sanctity of Al-Aqsa mosque is an incontestable fact among the Muslims and the position it occupies does not need any further explanation. The merits of this mosque are established by explicit texts from the Qur’an and the Sunnah and the consensus of the Muslims.

However, we are sure that the reader of this book will excuse us for the facts we are going to reveal, and realize how much we have been deceived by some  people who claim to support Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Land of Israa and to defend the oppressed Palestinian people and their sacred sites.

Therefore, it is very pertinent to rise up in defence of Al-Aqsa Mosque and to call attention to the fact that the Shiite books and their authorized sources, which they wrote with their own hands, indicate that they have no regard or recognition for Al-Aqsa Mosque in its present location and that, according to

them. They also hold that ‘real Al-Aqsa mosque’ is in the Heaven and that majority of people mistakenly believe that it is the mosque that is in Palestine!! We have tried to not leave out those claims without refutations that show their falsity. This is a contribution we can make to reveal the truth so that all  the Muslims will be aware of the enormity of the deception and fraud of those folks.

Through research and exhaustive study, we have affirmed that all those Jews and orientalists who have attempted to cast doubt on the position of the blessed  Al-Aqsa Mosque relied heavily, in support their vicious claims, on Shiite sources. They thereby used these sources as a weapon against foundations of our  Ummah with an aim to shaken the position of Al-Aqsa Mosque in our hearts.

We deem it suitable to point it out here that our goal is to unite the ranks of this Ummah to support our sacred sites and to love those individuals whom  Allah used to win these places for Islam. We also intend to block the way in the face of these Jewish ‘professors’ and orientalists who find in the Shiite  books, a ready tool for weakening the position that Al-Aqsa Mosque occupies in the hearts of the Muslims. As such, those dubious narrations whose goal is to  cast doubt on the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque must be meticulously scrutinized and the sanctity of that mosque must be proved through argument and authentic evidences. A Call To The Real Salvation

This is an invitation to observe, to ponder and to be with us, aware and certain that it is our duty and moral obligation to convey the message of our Creator. In the search for truth, it is indispensable that we take some time and effort to know the basis of our faith, and as true believers, we must follow the purest essence of our belief as exemplified by the messengers of God. Who else can give us the guidance but those whom God chose and entrusted with the mission of proclaiming glad tidings to the believers and warnings to those who deviate from the way of our Creator and refuse to believe?

Religion for some may simply be a field of academics, to others it’s a medium solely for spiritual enrichment, and to a lot more various aspects or views people may find fitting on their level of desires or caprices. But for us, our religion is a complete way of life as shown by all the prophets of God (Peace and blessing be upon them all) and as epitomized by the last Prophet (Peace and blessing be upon him) in orders to attain salvation.

There is no doubt that this temporary life is only a probationary period, a transitory phase to the next and final one. As such, it should offer everyone the necessary requirements instrumental in paving the way for our last destination, where belief in the lone Creator and obedience to His command (doing what is right and forbidding what is wrong) will be the only acceptable means to merit salvation.

Thus, knowing the true teachings of God is tantamount to knowing life! That’s how important it is!

With due respect and love to Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon him) as one of God’s mightiest prophets who was sent to the lost sheep of Israel, we cannot discount the teachings he brought to establish the way, the truth and the life.

We regard and accept him as a real messenger of God whose ways and belief inevitably coincide with ours as illustrated by the last Prophet including all the Prophets before him (Peace and blessing be upon them all).

Yes, Prophet Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon him) was not a Christian for he did not introduce Christianity to the world, as evidenced by what he said in Matthew 5:17 “Do not think that I have come to destroy the Law or the prophets. I have come not to destroy, but to fulfill.”

Instead, he confirmed the teachings preceding him, which was the Law set by Prophet Moses (Peace and blessing be upon him). A guidance that is sanctioned by and is also analogous with that of Islam, having been anchored upon monotheism, its inherent bedrock which happens to be every other prophet’s battlecry and message.

Moreover, Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon him) further uttered words which prove that his mission was not yet complete and that another Prophet was to come after him to finalize the message, the guidance or the revelation itself, when he prophesied in John 16:7-14.

“Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you, and when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in me; of righteousness, because I go to my father and you see me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of the world is judged. I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when He, the spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth. For He will not speak of his own authority; but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify me. He will take what is of mine and declare it to you.” Continue reading

The Explanation Of The Sufficiency In Creed

Imaam ibn Qudumah al-Maqdisee
Language: English | Format: PDF | Pages: 34 | Size: 1 MB

In this book, we present the classical treatise on Creed of Imaam Ibn Qudaamah Al-Maqdisee, rahimahullaah, known as Lum’at-ul-’Itiqaad, which is studied all over the Muslim world. Imaam Muhammad bin Saalih Al-’Uthaimeen,  rahimahullaah, has provided an in depth explanation for the points touched on by the author in a clear and simple  manner. Furthermore, the narrations mentioned in the book have been verified and lengthy and extensive footnotes  have been provided to make this book a valuable source of reference.

Shaikh Muhammad bin Saalih Al-’Uthaimeen said in his introduction to this book: ‘This is a brief commentary of the  book ‘Lum’at-ul-‘Itiqaad”, written by Abu Muhammad ‘Abdullaah bin Ahmad Ibn Qudaamah Al-Maqdisee (rahimahullaah),  who was born in Sha’baan in 541H in a village from the districts of Nablis (present-day Palestine) and who died on  the day of ‘Eed-ul-Fitr in 620H.

In this book, the author (rahimahullaah) gathered together the main points of the Islaamic Creed (‘Aqeedah). For  this reason, the Board of the Educational Institutes assigned this book to be studied and taught during the second  semester of the first year of study, so that it may serve as a pillar upon which one can establish his Creed at  this stage.

Because I saw the importance of this book in terms of the topics it touches upon, its methodology and the lack of  there being any explanation for it, I became determined, while seeking assistance from Allaah and hoping that He  grant me correctness in intention and action, to put forth some words on it, in the attempt to clarify its  ambiguous parts, explain its meanings and bring to light its main points.’

No doubt this book is of great importance for the Muslim with regard to establishing the correct Creed. This book  is deserving of being taught and studied so that it may serve as a foundation for both the students of knowledge  and the common Muslims. The topics touched upon by the author relate to the authentic Creed and Methodology, which  all Muslims are obligated ot have knowledge of. Consequently, we encourage everyone to purchase a copy of this  magnificent book. Continue reading

[Luma’tul Itiqadh] The Illuminating Creed

http://islamfuture.files.wordpress.com/2010/06/the-illuminating-creed.jpg?w=450&h=395

Ibn Qudaamah-al-Hanbali
Language: English | Format: PDF | Pages: 27 | Size: 1.5 MB

All praise is due to Allah, the One praised in every tongue [i.e. language], the One worshipped in every era. There is not a place that is free of His knowledge nor does one affair preoccupy Him over another. He is far beyond any equals and rivals, as well as being free of any wife or children. His Decree is carried out in all of His servants. No intellect can derive an example of His with its pondering and thought, nor can any heart attempt of depict Him. And He says in His Book:

لَهُ ۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ‌ۖ يَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقۡدِرُ‌ۚ إِنَّهُ ۥ بِكُلِّ شَىۡءٍ عَلِيمٌ۬

‘Nothing is like Him. And He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing.’ [Ash-Shura 42:12]

To Him belong the best of names and the most honourable of attributes, and He says in His Book:

‘The Rahman [Allah, the All-Mercifu] has positioned Himself on the Throne. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens, all that is in the earth and whatever lies between them and whatever lies beneath the soil. If you pronounce the word aloud, then [it makes no difference, for] He certainly knows the secret and what is even more hidden. [Such is] Allah. There is no god but He. For Him are the Beautiful Names’ [Ta Ha 20:5-6-7-8]

His knowledge encompasses everything. He subjugates all creatures by His Honour and Rule. And His knowledge and mercy envelope everything. And He says in His Book:

يَعۡلَمُ مَا بَيۡنَ أَيۡدِيہِمۡ وَمَا خَلۡفَهُمۡ وَلَا يُحِيطُونَ بِهِۦ عِلۡمً۬ا

‘He knows what is in front of them and what is behind them, and they do not encompass Him in [their] knowledge.’ [Ta Ha 20:110]

He is described by what He has attributed to Himself, in His Magnificent Book, and upon the tongue of His honourable Messenger. Continue reading

[Al-Uboodiyah] Being A True Slave Of Allah (SWT)

Ibn Taymiyyah
Language: English | Format: PDF | Pages: 82 | Size: 1 MB

Part Two of the Towards Islamic Psychology series, (Part 1: Patience and Gratitude), is a planned series of books which, drawing on the Islamic scholarly heritage, will offer practical advice rooted in the Qur’an and Sunnah, to address many psychological woes of our modern age. Shaykh Ibn Taymiyyah defines the concept of worship in Islam and explains that to be a true “slave of Allah” is a status of both virtue and nobility. The title “slave of Allaah” is one of great honor which Allah bestowed upon the best of creation, Muhammad (SAW). Ibn Taymiyyah  highlights the prevalent traps which people fall into, when becoming enslaved by, or allowing their hearts to become attached to worldly objects. The emphasis is on servitude to Allah which is adorned with the true love we hold for Him in our hearts — a matter of central importance for every Muslim.

Highly Recommended for the young blooded who Want to Run before they can Walk and even the Old timers ‘Who sometimes are  so comfortable Walking that they have forgotten that there is sometimes a need to run’ in the Path Towards Allah. Continue reading

Reflection Upon The Current Crusade War

Indeed, Allaah responds to the supplications of Muslims. More often than not, Muslims raise their hands in prayer, during trials and disasters which inflict some Muslim countries, like in the period we are living now. How many times did the Muslims invokeAllaah? How many old men and women beseech Allaah, with humbleness? This book is an adaption of a friday khutbah given by Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid that makes a clear distinction between our dua and Alllahs help in whatever shape or form Allah (swt) sees best. “So do not fear them, and fear Me if you are believers”. An Encouragement to Be Firm on the Truth, Openly Express It, and to Not Fear the Helpers of the Tyrants. Translated by Abu Sabaya.

Allah (SWT) Says in His Noble Book (Qur’an):

إِنَّمَا ذَٲلِكُمُ ٱلشَّيۡطَـٰنُ يُخَوِّفُ أَوۡلِيَآءَهُ ۥ فَلَا تَخَافُوهُمۡ وَخَافُونِ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

It is only Shaitân (Satan) that suggests to you the fear of his Auliyâ’ [supporters and friends (polytheists, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh and in His Messenger, Muhammad SAW)], so fear them not, but fear Me, if you are (true) believers. [Al-E-Mran 3:175] Continue reading

Who among us does not sin? And who among us does all that is required of him in the religion? It is an undeniable fact that we all have shortcomings; what distinguishes some of us from the others, what raises some of us above the others, is that the successful ones among us are those who repent their sins and ask Allah to forgive them. It is truly encouraging to know that the door to repentance is always open. Glad tidings, then, to every Muslim who constantly and consistently hastens to repent to Allah and to ask for His forgiveness. Continue reading

The Slicing Sword Against The One Who Forms Allegiances With The Disbelievers And Takes Them As Supporters Instead Of Allah, His Messenger And The Believers. This book “The Slicing Sword” Represents the answers given by Shaykh Abd Allah al Bari al Ahdal to questions on the topic of Hijra (migration for the sake of Allah) and al-wala and al bara (loyalty to Allah and disavowal of the enemies of Allah.) The importance of this book lies in the fact that the situation that Shaykh was face with similar to our circumstances today which gives relevance to his answers. Aden was occupied by the British in 1873 and the author died around 1854. So his time was one in which the power of the Ottoman Khilafah was waning while the Western powers were on the rise. Therefore, this was a time when there were some Muslims who were replacing their pride in being Muslim and being subjects of Muslim rile with being subjects of Western occupiers and sailing under Western flags. Characteristics Of The Victorious Party In The Foundation Of The State Of The Believers

Shaykh Saleem Al-Hilaalee

‘Characteristics of the Victorious Party in the Foundation of the State of the Believers (The Land of ash-Sham). In this era in which the Muslims are living a life of humiliation and disgrace, they have lost the characteristics of guidance from within themselves, and the Rope of Allāh that He united them upon – the Rope of establishment and leadership – has been cut, so they have become insignificant in front of themselves and in front of their enemies. Falsehood prances around in their countries, and the trend of apostasy has become the strongest and the most dominant. And the ties of evil between [the people of] internal apostasy and [those of] outward Kufr have been fortified. The Muslims have become busy with entertainment and vanity, and the Islāmic parties and groups summon one another to the ideas of men and their Ijtihād, far away from the Source of Guidance and Light – the Book of Allāh and the Sunnah of His Messenger. And the [state] of Ghurbah (estrangement) has intensified for those who are holding fast to this Guidance, and their souls long for the coming Divine Promise – Victory or martyrdom. Continue reading
